What’s Included in Your Day-of Coordination Package:
Three Pre-Wedding Meetings – We’ll meet to discuss your vision, priorities, and all logistics to ensure I have a full understanding of your big day.
Vendor Takeover (Week-of Wedding) – I’ll take over all vendor communication the week of your wedding, ensuring arrival times, logistics, and final details are clear so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Custom Wedding Timeline – I’ll work closely with your photographer and key vendors to create a detailed timeline that keeps everything running smoothly and stress-free.
Unlimited Texting the Week of Your Wedding – Need a last-minute reassurance, update, or just a pep talk? I’m here for you! My couples always have direct access to me for anything they need.
Two Day-of Coordinators – My team will be on-site to manage all logistics, problem-solve in real time, and ensure everything is executed flawlessly.
Up to 16 Hours of Coverage – My base package includes 6 hours for $750, with additional time available at $200 per 2-hour increment to ensure we meet your needs.
Rehearsal Management – I’ll coordinate your rehearsal so that your wedding party feels comfortable and confident before the big day.
Full Wedding Day Logistics Management:
Overseeing vendor setup and ensuring all décor is placed perfectly
Keeping the wedding party and vendors on schedule
Assisting with ceremony lineup and cues
Managing transitions between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Tackling any issues that may arise and ensuring you get to relax and enjoy your day
Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors (if requested)
Ensuring gifts, décor, and personal items are packed up at the end of the night
